  • As for the returning shipping costs, we ask that you take care of these. we sill not refund the cost of any paid shipping.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:
As soon as your return is in our hands and inspected, we’ll drop you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If it’s a yes, your refund will zip back to your original payment method in no time, minus the shipping cost. Do give your bank or credit card company a little wiggle room, though—it might take them 3-7 days to officially post your refund.

Exchanges:
Looking for an exchange? It’s easy! Send back the unused item you have, in its original packaging and in resellable consition. After we confirm your return, you can select your new item. If your new choice costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference along with shipping cost. This way, your perfect pick will be with you swiftly!
